• Just how many students have access to Web 2.0 applications and devices?
• Is Web 2.0 used mostly by the middle classes?
• Will this lead to a widening of the rich-poor divide? What about rural children? Children in Aboriginal communities? Remote communities?
• Will access issues impact upon poorer kids' chances of getting into uni?
